LLC Operating Agreement

All New York LLCs are required to have an operating agreement, even for single member (owner) LLCs. Our fees are $97 for one member, $199 for two members, $249 for three members, and $299 for four members. An operating agreement sets forth the ownership of the business, its rules and regulations, management powers, and all the contingencies, such as transfer of ownership, additional owners, investors, death of an owner, etc.
